Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy using gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. A practitioner of cranial-sacral therapy may also apply light touches to a patient's spine and pelvic bones.

Cupping Therapy

Negative pressure, rather than tissue compression is superior for bodywork for pain, stubborn conditions, repetitive strains, inflammation, toxicity, chronic fatigue, disgestive problems and a slough of other issue we confront as we grow older.  Suction cups rapidly facilitate rigid soft tissue release, loosens & lifts connective tissue, breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood & lymph flow to skin & muscles in ways not possible using compression. Another benefit of Cupping is that it can feel really great when done properly for your constitution and current physiology and/or condition. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move through the entire body. It is not unusual to fall asleep when receiving this treatment. You will be surprised at how relaxed, warm and light you'll feel – hours... sometimes even days afterwards.

Cupping Reflexology

This treatment uses magnetic cups on the feet to either energize or relax you depending on your preference.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

A gentle manual treatment technique that improves the activity of the lymph vessels. MLD treats post-traumatic and post-surgical edema as well as several pathologies such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, chronic pain reduction and others. Also provides general relaxation, health support and detoxification.

Modesty/Thai/Sports Massage

Lypossage is an all-natural alternative to lyposuction and body-conturing machines. It is like no other massage.  Lypossage is a specified blend of massage modalities that derive from physical therapy, including deep lymphatic drainage and deep tissue release. There are three zones. Zone One addresses hips, thighs, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Zone Two targets upper abdomen, back, and arms. Zone Three focus is on the head, face, and neck.

Lypossage Testimonial

"After having my second c-section, my stomach muscles distended.  People often asked me when I was due with another child.  Working out four days a week for over a year was not helping me.  I tried lypossage hoping to tighten muscles in my stomach and as a way to firm and reduce cellulite all over all in a non surgical way.  I added lypossage to my weekly routine including no gluten and working out.  After 18 sessions my stomach looks amazing!  The muscles are tighter and more toned.  My therapist has helped me identify scar tissue and to help me break up that tissue.   No one has asked me if I'm pregnant.  My arm muscles are more defined and toned.  Cellulite all over has diminished.  My back fat has dramatically reduced.  There is less sagging in my breast and bottom.  It's remarkable the difference lypossage made in my body.  Thank you again for thinking of me for lypossage!  I am really pleased with the results!"  Lauren M
Lauren has had work on Zones One & Two and photos below show results after 18 sessions.
